Termination
- Either party may terminate lessons with reasonable notice.
- Outstanding payments remain payable after termination.
- Lessons terminated for misconduct are non-refundable.
Payment
- Payments accepted via card, bank transfer or cash as agreed.
- Invoices are issued where necessary; please pay within stated terms.
- Promotions are subject to terms and availability.
Cancellation & Refunds
- Please provide at least 48 hours notice to avoid cancellation fees.
- Refunds considered on a case-by-case basis; block-booking refunds may incur an administration fee.
- No-shows may be charged at the full lesson rate.
Liability
- The school is not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
- Instructors hold valid licences and insurance; incidents must be reported promptly.
- Liability limits may apply as set out in your booking confirmation.
Instructor & Safety Policies
- All instructors follow safety guidelines and uphold conduct standards.
- Students must wear seat belts and follow instructor instructions at all times.
- Report any safety concerns immediately so we can act.
